Moslty rain showers but some locations in the valley could see the mix of rain and snow. Snow showers throughout the mountains. Locations above 7000 feet could see accumulations between 6 to 12 inches of snow. Sunday will be another wet day. Rain showers in the the Magic Valley since temperatures will be in the mid to lower 50's and snow showers in the mountains.      Can we expect a white Christmas? Models are starting to come into agreement. They at least agree that we will see a storm system moving through the region Christmas Eve night into Christmas Day, what they don’t agree on is how cold temperatures will be and how much if any snow we will get. Until we get all of the details in place we are giving the odds of a white Christmas in the valleys at 30%.
