snow in April

This April morning, these fruit trees stand brave facing the cold and icy April snow shower. Their branches raised up as if to be praying for spring sunshine and honey bees . The little bird houses are vacant and the bird feeders wave forlorn in the breeze waiting the return of the lovely song birds.

April fools day was the first of the month but today it seems like the weather is trying to fool us into thinking it is still winter. Hope and pray, these April Snow Showers bring us many flowers and that the farmers will reap a good harvest this year.
