Starting at about 3:00 pm in Bliss, ID the wind started picking up. But 3:30 most of the town was covered in dust that blew around at high speeds, causing people to shield their eyes and keep their heads down or be faced with a mouth full of grit. at 4:30 hail begin to fall for about 4 minutes. The balls of hail were appx .5 to 1cm in diameter.
