JEROME, Idaho (KMVT/KSVT) — The Jerome Tigers played a 5-0 Nampa team Saturday afternoon.

Emma Ringling brought the ball up court, drives, dishes to Alexis White, who drains the three, Jerome up 46-39 at the start of the fourth quarter. She posted 15 points in the win.

Minutes later, Hannah Schvaneveldt on the move, changes direction, sees a cutting Kairi Hess, whose floater is good, Tigers up 48-41.

Still the same score, on the inbounds play, Schvaneveldt kicks it over to White, the guard knocks down the jumper and fouled at the same time. She would make the old fashioned three point play.

Hannah Schvaneveldt added 13, while Taylor Toral and senior Addy Wells each tallied 12 and junior Emma Ringling produced 10 points in the very balanced effort by the Tigers. They hand the Bulldogs their first defeat of the season, 66-49.

Jerome improves to 5-4 on the season, the Tigers go to Twin Falls next Wednesday.
