TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KMVT/KSVT) — Twin Falls didn’t score until the fifth inning, but the Cowboys’ late game magic proved critical in the 4-3 victory.

Nolan Hardesty pitched 5.1 innings, while Otho Savage closed out the game in the final 1.2 innings, striking out four.

Wyatt Solosabal paced the Cowboys with two hits and three RBIs.

Pocatello 7, Twin Falls 5: Dawson Cummins went four innings for the Cowboys, striking out three, Calvry Leiser pitched three innings striking out two.

Otho Savage had two RBIs for Twin Falls.

Twin Falls “A” 6, Kimberly 5: Emmitt Demlow pitched a complete game, striking out three. Flameling struck out six batters for Kimberly. Cooper Thompson had a pair of RBIs for Twin Falls.

Saturday’s Schedule:

Twin Falls will play at 9:00 a.m. vs Blackfoot.

Kimberly plays at 11:30 a.m. vs. Boise Senators.

The championship will be at 2:00 p.m. between Reno vs. Madison.

Other Games:

Burley 2, Minico 1: Slayder Watterson struck out 13 in a complete game performance for the Green Sox. Miller struck out three in six innings of work for the Storm. Watterson and Josiah Robins both led Burley with two hits apiece.

Thunder Ridge 12, Burley 5: The Green Sox gave up eight runs in the third inning and could not overcome that deficit. Slayder Watterson led Burley with a pair of RBIs.
