Annual Parade of Homes event taking place in June and July this year
TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KMVT/KSVT) — The annual Magic Valley Parade of Homes is back this year, with one week in June and one week in July.
Parade of Homes is put on by the Magic Valley Builders Association in collaboration with different builders and realtors to showcase the different real estate and housing trends in the area.
People are welcome to tour the 10 different homes and take not on the styles they like and what people may want in their own home.
This year, there are 10 different homes in June and 10 different homes in July, because many of the builders had trouble with parts being on backorder this year.
“They get to go around see the different products, see if they fit, does this person do a country farmhouse, does this person do more of a country style,” said Justin Winson, the past president of the builders association. “They can go out and see the different products they have available, people are very visual, they want to go out and see touch feel and see a vision for what they want to have in the future.”
The parade of homes runs Wednesday, June 16. through Sunday, June 20. and then again from July 21. through July 25.
