Buhl Police Department investigating homicide

BUHL, Idaho (KMVT/KSVT) — CORRECTION: The victim was 89-years-old, not 90-years-old.

The Buhl Police Department announced Thursday they are investigating a homicide.

Buhl PD says the body of a Buhl resident was found in the South Hills on Feb. 22. The female victim was identified as 89-year-old Alyce Marlene Armes, and next of kin has been notified.

The investigation remains ongoing, and Buhl PD is working closely with Cassia County Sheriff’s Department, the Twin Falls Police Department and the Twin Falls County Prosecutors.

They are urging anyone with information about the incident that occurred between Feb. 21 and Feb. 22 on the 100 block of Paysee Street in Buhl, ID, or at Ross Falls in the South Hills to contact the Buhl PD at (208)-543-4200.
