Cold air is left behind, but the rain clears for now

Chief Meteorologist Avaionia Smith: October 27, 2026 - Good Evening and Happy Tuesday! We are still some cloud cover for now but clouds will continue to clear as we head through the day. Highs are in the mid to low 50s for Tuesday and Wednesday. Sunny skies will be the view by mid week and Thursday. Thursday night clouds return along with the chance for rain and snow showers across our higher elevations. Scattered rain and snow showers will last through the weekend bringing another push of cold air as well. Keep your rain gear and winter coats close by.
