EDEN, Idaho (KMVT/KSVT) - UPDATE:
Eden officials plan to keep a boil order in place until Friday.
Officials are still waiting for a second round of test results to confirm the water is safe to drink.
The city of Eden is under a boil order after a generator battery failed.
City Clerk Sharon Way said a generator went down and electricity went out at around 3 p.m. Tuesday afternoon.
Way said they called the Department of Environmental Quality and a boil order is currently in effect.
Officials are not sure when the generator battery failed nor when the boil order will be lifted.
