TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KMVT/KSVT) — The owner of the barber shop at Gehrig, Dale and Co. better known as Stan the Barber, is hosting a water drive for those in need for the fourth year in a row.

Stan said he and a friend came up with the idea a few years back and it just keeps getting bigger.

People can bring unopened bottled water to the barber shop or any of the other participating locations, Warm Art Tattoo, Sleep Solutions or the Twin Falls Sandwich Company during business hours until the end of August.

The water will be donated as it's needed through the month of August, then Stan says the rest will be gathered up and donated at the end of the month to those in need, such as women's shelters, homeless shelters or senior centers.

If you know of a cause that could benefit from a water donation you can contact Stan at the barber shop at 208-421-0998.
