BURLEY, Idaho (KMVT/KSVT) - A Burley man has changed his plea to guilty after pleading not guilty in a homicide case.
Luis Ponce previously faced three charges: murder, attempted robbery and burglary.
According to court documents, the 21-year-old has plead guilty to the murder charge.
Back in December, KMVT reported about a man who died following an alleged robbery.
The Cassia County Sheriff's Office said Ponce shot the man after attempting to rob his transmission shop.
In a previous story, officials said during their conversation with Ponce at the sheriff's office, he turned himself in.
His sentencing is scheduled for Dec. 11.
