UPDATE 9:30 am

The crash happened at 8:06 a.m. Wednesday morning, on State Highway 75 and 420 North, and involved a Coke truck and a passenger truck.

The Coke truck, driven by Stetson Cox of Buhl, ran a stop sign, colliding with the other truck, driven by Richard Olsen of Shoshone.

Olsen's truck then went off the roadway and overturned in a field.

Cox was transported to Portneuf Regional Medical Center in Pocatello, and Charles Drake who was a passenger in Olsen’s vehicle was taken to St. Alphonsus Medical Center in Boise.

Both Olsen and his other passenger, Daniel Drake died at the scene.

The Idaho State Police was assisted by the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office, Shoshone Fire Department, Lincoln County EMS, Air St. Luke's, and Life Flight network.

UPDATE 2:30 pm

Two people have died after a two vehicle crash in Lincoln County Wednesday morning, the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office announced in a statement.

The crash happened at 8:06 A.M, at Highway 75 and 420 North, and involved a commercial vehicle and an SUV.

One individual was transported by Air St. Luke’s and another individual was transported by Life Flight.

The condition of the two individuals are unknown as of right now. Two other individuals succumbed to their injuries, next of kin had been notified.

The road is no longer blocked.

Idaho State Police are investigating a crash at State Highway 75 and 420 N, north of Shoshone in Lincoln County.

420 N is completely blocked. Traffic is moving in both directions on SH 75.

Use caution if driving in this area.
