Gender Equality in Idaho

Women in Idaho have made great strides in the fight for equality- including women's suffrage (the right for women to vote) and inroads in equal opportunity in the workplace and education. Today, gender bias continues to create huge barriers for many, especially poor women, women of color, and immigrant women.

We interviewed Idaho state representative Melissa Wintrow to take a further look at this issue.
