Gooding, Richfield school districts seek voter levy, bond approval in Aug. 28 election

(KMVT/KSVT) — Two Magic Valley schools are hoping voters approve funding for renovations and resources in the upcoming Aug. 28 election.

The Gooding School District is seeking $950,000 annually for 10 years to implement fire, security systems, replace unsafe playgrounds, renovate the parking lots and add modular classrooms.

The Richfield School District seeks a $4 million bond to build a new gym and agricultural shop. The district will hold a public meeting on Aug. 13 at 8 p.m.
