UPDATE: Law enforcement release sketch of Rock Creek Park assault suspect

TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KMVT/KSVT) — The Twin Falls County Sheriff’s Office seeks the public’s help identify a suspect who is believed to have assaulted a woman at knifepoint a little more than a week ago in Rock Creek Park.

On Monday, the sheriff’s office released an image of the alleged suspect, described as a white male, 6-foot to 6-foot-2, with long, light colored hair and blue eyes. He was wearing a black or dark colored hoodie with an orange and white logo and lighter colored jeans that were frayed at the bottom.

Law enforcement said a woman was walking her dogs in the evening of June 3 in Rock Creek Park when the man came screaming and charging toward her with a knife.

On Tuesday, the sheriff’s office released more information about the alleged suspect’s vehicle. The sheriff’s office said a woman remembers seeing a man matching the above description sitting in a car in the parking lot of the part at about 2:30 the day of the assault.

She described the vehicle as an older model 2-door white car.
