Lieutenant governor candidates speak at forum, offering their ideas

TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KMVT/KSVT) - Candidates for the lieutenant governor's position were at Turf Club in Twin Falls for a forum Thursday afternoon.

The Kiwani's Club of Twin Falls put the forum together, where the five candidates told attendee's about themselves and what they would do in the position.

"This is going to be a very difficult decision for us that have been here. All five of these candidates are well spoken and well qualified," said forum coordinator Neil Harpster.

The five candidates are Marv Hagedorn, Janice McGeachin, Bob Nonini, Kelley Packer and Steve Yates.

Candidates then had a meet-and-greet with those who attended and answered questions.
