TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KMVT/KSVT) An alleged child murderer will have his day in court.
Joshua Molina will face a jury starting June 17. He is charged with first-degree murder and four felony counts of injury to a child.
In October of 2017, 20-month-old Lyryk Altom the daughter of Molina’s girlfriend at the time, Amanda Dunlap, passed away due to bleeding on her brain. According to court documents he is accused of repeatedly abusing and ultimately killing the Twin Falls infant.
Dunlap is also facing one count of first-degree murder, eight felony counts of injury to a child and one misdemeanor count of injury to a child, her trial date will be set on Friday.
