TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KMVT/KSVT) - Members of the community put together hygiene kits and snack packs Thursday to give out to students in high school along with homeless shelters.

The event was put on by the United Way of South Central Idaho, also partnering with Aramark and AmeriPride.

Aramark donated $3,000 to AmeriPride to help in putting these kits together.

The hygiene kits included shampoo, toothpaste and more. The snack packs had juice, fruit snacks and other healthy snacks.

United Way spokeswoman Sonya Haines said the focus of these packs are for interviews. Meaning, they gave out items to the recipients to prepare for jobs.

They even added a list of "Top 10 things to do to prepare for a job interview."
