Police find hundreds of credit cards in duo's rental car, credit card manufacturing machine

BURLEY, Idaho (KMVT/KSVT) — Two people are in custody in Burley after police found a credit card manufacturing machine along with credit cards and a book with credit card numbers in it.

According to court records, a police officer pulled over a rented SUV after the driver failed to use a turn signal.

The vehicle occupants identified as Jonathan Dominic Coons of Oregon and Samantha Rudd of Washington state were arrested after a K-9 officer was called to the scene to do a search.

The two are being charged with felony criminal possession of a financial transaction card among other things. Both are being held on a $250,000 bond. Preliminary hearing are scheduled in February.
