Law enforcement investigates the death of two people found in a Kimberly residence.

At about 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, Southern Idaho Regional Communications dispatch center received a request to check on a mobile home at a trailer park east of Kimberly. Lori Stewart, as spokeswoman with the Twin Falls County Sheriff’s Office, said the person placed the call after being unable to reach the person at the residence.

The Kimberly-Hansen Police went to the residence and found two dead bodies. Twin Falls Police and Twin Falls County Sheriff’s Office also responded to the scene.

Stewart said the Kimberly-Hansen Police Department investigates the causes of death and authorities are working to notify next of kin.

A KMVT reporter at the scene said the coroner arrived on scene at about 2:30 p.m. The coroner plans to take the bodies to Ada County for autopsies.

KMVT will update this story when more information becomes available.
