TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KMVT) By noon Tuesday, some election officials at the Twin Falls Reform Church said they already ran out of new voter registration cards.

Other officials said compared to previous years elections, they've definitely seen a rise in turnout and enthusiasm among this years voters.

"We've had a lot of new registered voters coming, a lot of the college students as well. I know at our section just right here we've already had almost two hundred voters," an election official said.

Polls closed at 8 p.m. Tuesday, but those who were still waiting in line were allowed to cast their ballot.
