US Highway 93 near the Idaho-Nevada border was blocked Thursday afternoon for a burning semi-truck trailer.
Idaho State Police received a call at about 2:20 p.m. for a commercial vehicle that is on fire, about five miles north of Jackpot, Nevada.
ISP Cpl. Mitchell Howard told KMVT the semi-truck was pulling a trailer when the trailer got a flat tire and caused the trailer to catch fire.
The driver was able to detach the truck from the trailer and no one was injured. The crash blocked both north- and southbound lanes for a time.
A little after 5 p.m. ISP issued a news release saying motorist should expect traffic delays as traffic was flowing through the area using one lane.
