Boise State Football gets daytime kick-off for home opener

BOISE, Idaho ( KMVT / KSVT ) Boise State fans, your football team will actually play a nationally televised home game during the day.

ESPNU is broadcasting the season opener against Troy, with kickoff slated for 1:45 P.M.on September 2nd.

Marking the earliest home game on national TV since November 17, 2012 against Colorado State.

Boise State Director of Athletics Curt Apsey said, "game times are obviously something we have been hearing a lot about from our fans, so I am hopeful that we will see a packed stadium starting with Troy to kick off the season."
