CSI Baseball wins both games on the final bat

TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KMVT/KSVT) Ryke Erickson hit an RBI single in the bottom of the seventh to win the first game.

In the second game, CSI found itself down two runs in the bottom of the ninth. Then David Hudleson came up to bat and hit a two-run jack to tie up the game. You could hear his yelling from a mile away.

They didn't score again that inning.

On the mound, Jayson Hibbard was getting it done, he had five strikeouts in four innings of work.

Bottom of the 12th, with Andrew Astin at third, Colton Kent, the freshman from Austin, Texas finds a gap, and the left fielder did not give chase. It marked a walk-off single for Kent, who had a walk-off last week against Idaho State.

Kent explained, "they're huge wins because they're the first couple of conference wins. They're big for us and we're going to keep rolling with it."

The teams play again Saturday at 12 p.m.
