TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KMVT/KSVT) District championships continued at the College of Southern Idaho on Tuesday night. This pairing featured the Buhl Indians and Filer Wildcats.
What's unique about this matchup, it's the No 3 seed and the fourth place team played for a spot to state. Everyone else has been eliminated.
Buhl never beat a conference opponent until districts and remain undefeated in postseason play.
The Wildcats would have to defeat the Indians twice this week to take the No. 1 seed to state.
Filer is up one, make it four after this three by Sophie Bartholomew. The junior with 10 points. The Indians answer, as Emily Gorrell goes hard to the hoop, she posted a game-high 22 points.

Filer led 25-20 at the half prevailed, 55-42.
The Wildcats now host the Indians on Thursday in a winner to state, loser to state play-in game.
Hagerman is still alive in 1A D-II play after eliminating Lighthouse 46-38. Pacing the Pirates, Elly Yore and Sadie Wadsworth with a game-high 14 points. Aleia Blakeslee had 12 and Trudy Millenkamp added 10 in the loss. The Lions lost Maycie Holloway and Taylor Smith prior to districts, which didnt help their cause.
While Dietrich knocked out Camas, 69-49. Caylee Dillworth led the scoring attack with 22 points. The Blue Devils face the Pirates on Wednesday at six.
