Five CSI baseball players cited for marijuana related crimes

TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KMVT/KSVT) The CSI baseball team arrived in Grand Junction, Colorado today for the JUCO World Series but it was not without incident.

Five CSI baseball players were cited by the Twin Falls Police Department over the weekend for marijuana related crimes.

Outfielder Brett Resch, centerfielder Travis Bohall and pitchers Colton Westfall, Connor Breding and Bailey Daguio were cited on different days but from the same Saturday incident.

Resch, Westfall and Dagio all plead guilty, while Bohall and Breding have yet to enter pleas, according to court documents. Resch and Westfall have court dates scheduled for June 26, Bohall and Breding on June 11 and Daguio on June 19.

Neither CSI Athletic Director, Joel Bate or head baseball coach Boomer Walker were available for comment.

CSI plays their first World Series game since 1993 on Saturday against Temple.
