TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KMVT/KSVT) UPDATE (9/26): The state is no longer pursuing its case against a former CSI cowboy accused of rape.
On Monday, Twin Falls County prosecutor Grant Loebs filed a motion to dismiss the charges against Pete Bradshaw, this based on the fact the state is unable to prove the case beyond reasonable doubt.
Judge Benjamin Cluff signed the order late Tuesday afternoon.
According to rodeo coach Steve Birnie, Bradshaw was academically ineligible in the fall, but became eligible in the spring. The college placed Bradshaw on suspension in May and he couldn't compete at the College National Finals Rodeo in June.
