Idaho Men's Basketball back home following successful road trip

MOSCOW, Idaho ( KMVT / KSVT ) Idaho Men's Basketball returns home this week after a successful road trip. The Vandals swept their opponents, the first time since the 2010-11 season when Idaho won three straight road games.

The streak began on the 12th at Eastern Washington and continued last week at Southern Utah and Northern Arizona.

Big Sky Conference Player of the Week Brayon Blake averaged 24 points and 10.5 rebounds per game over the weekend.

Now they host Northern Colorado Thursday night at seven, a rematch of a game they narrowly lost back December.

"To get those wins I thought those guys did a great job of it, the winning takes care of the momentum. Now to come back home winning three in a row, you can't get too full of yourself, can't get too fat and happy so-to-speak, you have to battle like crazy," explained head coach Don Verlin.
