Magic Valley athletes on commitments and offers

A Gooding standout athlete signed with the College of Idaho track program Monday morning.

Laken Wolf will run the 100, 200 and 400 meter dashes for the Caldwell school.

Wolf won the 2017 3A state championship in the 200 meter dash and took third in the 100 meters.

She also is an accomplished volleyball player, earning second team all-conference honors this past season and made the first-team as a junior.


Gooding all-state wide receiver Cayden Loveland made a major announcement on Twitter Monday.

Loveland committed to Carroll College after tweeting he received a scholarship to play there.

He led the 3A with 70 catches, to go along with 21 touchdowns.

Loveland had offers from College of Idaho, Dordt, Eastern Oregon, Montana Tech and Rocky Mountain.


Oakley star Austin Bedke also announcing on Twitter, he's received an offer to continue his academic and football career at Rocky Mountain College.

Bedke earned Defensive Player of the Year honors for the highly talented Snake River Conference.

The linebacker helped the Hornets reach the state championship game where they fell to conference foe, Valley.
