No. 5 Lighthouse moves to 6-0 in conference; local scores

TWIN FALLS, Idaho ( KMVT / KSVT ) We're coming down the final stretch of the girls basketball regular season.

Carey, Dietrich and Lighthouse all boasted undefeated records in conference play entering Thursday.

If you play another team twice in this conference, only one of the games counts towards the standings and that one is Thursday night between the fourth-ranked Blue Devils and fifth-ranked Lions.

Dietrich was sloppy with its passing in the second quarter as Chloe Gomez steals the ball and takes it all the way for two of her game-high 28 points.

Brianna Astle trying to go inside, but Lauren Gomez, Chloe's little sister collects the present and gets the and one. She had eight on the night.

Dietrich did score at the free throw line and made it a one point game at halftime.

But the Lions pulled away 56-50, getting revenge on the Lady Blue Devils who beat them earlier in the season.

The win also occurred on Senior Night as well, as the team graduates six.
