No. 8 SLCC edges out No. 10 CSI Men in 2 OT

TWIN FALLS, Idaho ( KMVT / KSVT ) The 10th-ranked Golden Eagles hosted the eighth-ranked Bruins Thursday night.

SLCC down three after that bucket. CSI answers as Tommy Burton gets positioning. The big man putting CSI up by six points early on in the second half. Burton produced 14 points on the night.

But the Bruins keep answering back as they go inside.

The Golden Eagles trying to get some distance and Nico Aguirre gets some spacing and he hands it off to Khalid Thomas who does the rest, powerful slam, the crowd loving it. He had a game-high 28 points.

This one went into double overtime and the Bruins come out on top 103-99.

Jake Hendricks sets the all-time career three point record. The sophomore drained five three-pointers en route to an 18 point performance. He now has 175 career three-pointers, breaking the previous record of 174 was held by Tony Bobbitt (2000-2002).
