OAKLEY, Idaho (KMVT/KSVT) Oakley's Jake Pulsipher signed with Rocky Mountain College on Wednesday.
The all-state first-team wide receiver recorded 1,952 yards and 19 touchdowns.
For his work on defense, he produced seven interceptions and ran three back for touchdowns.
The Hornet explained his dream to play college football, "well it’s always been a dream to play college football, but I started to think I had a chance at the end of basketball season my junior year and that’s when I really kicked in and put the work in."
On playing eight-man football, "with 8-man you definitely have to be a great athlete to be successful because that’s a big field with not so many guys." "If you make one mistake, it could cost a touchdown." He goes on to say, "I believe I played in the best 8-man conference in Idaho and obviously it shows according to the state championship, it’s nice to go against the best in the state every week!"
Pulsipher had a walk-on spot at Montana State and an offer from Montana Western.
