Rypien named Mountain West Offensive Player of the Week

BOISE, Idaho (KMVT/KSVT) Boise State dominated against Connecticut on all fronts, but Brett Rypien really shined in that performance.

It's no surprise he earned Mountain West Offensive Player of the Week honors.

The quarterback went 21 of 28 for 362 yards and three touchdowns and he did almost all of it in the first half.

BSU produced a single game record of 818 yards of total offense, en route to a 62-7 win.

Now they will head to Stillwater, Oklahoma for a battle at No. 24 Oklahoma State on Saturday.
