Twin Falls dominates in division opener; 4A roundup

TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KMVT/KSVT) Twin Falls hosted Wood River Friday night, both are members of the West pod of the newly expanded Great Basin Conference.

Bruins already up 46–0 in the second quarter, junior Jarad Perry with the carry, runs up the gut for the first down, Twin Falls threatening.

In the red zone now, it's Gage Plew with the keeper and the quarterback weaves through the Wolverines with ease. Twin Falls leading 53–0 at this point after the extra point.

Wolverines trying desperately to get on the scoreboard before halftime, Fabian Leos heaves up the Hail Mary, Bruins' Max Sanason has a shot, nope, off the helmet. We'll watch that again.

The Bruins roll to the 53–13 win. Nick Swensen had four touchdowns.

Minico 45, Canyon Ridge 8: Colter May had 14 carries for 64 yards. Rylan Chandler produced five carries for 99 yards and five touchdowns, including one touchdown reception. Connor Stocking went 8-13 for 126 yards and one touchdown. The defense forced two turnovers.
